Casey Anthony: Out of Hiding, Back on the Run!

Casey Anthony had been hiding out in South Florida area, but had to leave at some point last week after being outed and fearing for her safety.

As a result, she is once again on the move, according to reports.

Anthony has been in hiding in Florida, where she must remain due to her probation, since she was acquitted of murdering her daughter last July.

She has recently been more making forays back out in to the public, albeit virtually unrecognizably due to the amount of weight she has gained.

Having been served with a subpoena recently in the defamation suit filed by Zenaida Gonzalez, Anthony has been forced to find new digs.

Gonzalez is suing after Anthony told the cops that a woman with a similar name to Gonzalez's - Zanny the Nanny - had kidnapped Caylee.

The private investigators were attempting to serve her with a subpoena to appear at the trial, which is expected to begin in January 2013.

"Casey had been venturing out at night and the investigators had been tipped off by people that had seen her," said a source close to her.

"Casey is a smart girl and quickly determined that she had been found and refused to leave the house or accept service of the subpoena."

"The P.I.s weren't stalking her, they just wanted to serve her and move on." Anthony's lawyers soon accepted the subpoena on her behalf.

"Casey was extremely upset that she had been found because she had settled into a routine and felt safe in South Florida," the source adds.

"Her lawyer advised her that she needed to move for her own safety, though; Casey is hopeful that this will be the final move before her probation ends."

At which point, it's Costa Rica time ... hopefully forever.

Insert Coin: Clang, a motion-controlled swordfighting game by no less than Neal Stephenson (video)

In Insert Coin, we look at an exciting new tech project that requires funding before it can hit production. If you'd like to pitch a project, please send us a tip with "Insert Coin" as the subject line.

Insert Coin Clang, a motioncontrolled, realistic swordfighting game by none other than Neal Stephenson

We won't lie: this might be the ultimate Insert Coin. It's not often that you get the author of Snow Crash and Cryptonomicon asking for Kickstarter funding, after all. Neal Stephenson and Subutai Corporation are tired of swordfighting in video games being reduced to abstract button presses, and they want to produce both a video game and a control system that will replicate what it's really like to fight steel-to-steel, complete with pommel hits, blocks and distinct techniques. The initial game, Clang, will focus on two-handed longsword dueling with an "off-the-shelf" controller to get out the door quickly. In the long run, however, the plan is to work on custom controllers, and the project will involve an open framework known as MASE (Martial Arts System Embodiments) that will let anyone build their own fighting game. You could create a realistic Wushu simulator... or an extremely detailed Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles beat-em-up.

Any pledge will help the cause, but if you'd like a credit in the game or an actual copy, you'll want to spend a respective $10 or $25. The rewards escalate quickly after that: $50 and $75 pledges first give downloadable concept art and later a digital fighting manual, while $100, $150 and $250 donations will add a very real t-shirt, a hard copy of the manual, a signed poster with a patch and eventually a signed poster. Are you a high roller? Spending $500 or $1,000 adds a signed manual as well as either the first book or whole collection of the related The Mongoliad trilogy, plus (at the higher tier) invitations to Subutai parties in Seattle. Pledges at $5,000 will supply the actual concept art; at the peak $10,000, you'll get a real longsword, lunch with Subutai and a tour of the offices. If you're game in the literal sense of the word, you'll have until mid-day on July 9th to help Neal reach the lofty $500,000 funding target.

CAIRO (AP) ? Egypt's government has pulled TV public service announcements that warned against talking to foreigners because they might be spies after critics charged the spots fueled xenophobia and aimed to tarnish those behind last year's uprising.

The two spots ran on state and private television stations for a few days before Minister of Information Ahmed Anis ordered them off the air, a media official said Sunday.

One opens with a blond-haired young man scanning a cafe while a narrator says:

"From the beginning, he knows why he is here and sets up his goal. He won't have to spend much time getting to know the people in the place." The foreigner then spots three young Egyptians and heads over to them, saying in broken Arabic: "I love you so much." The narrator says: "Our generosity has no limits," as one of the Egyptians stands up, shakes hands and invites the foreigner to sit with them.

It goes on to show the visitor smiling slyly and narrowing his eyes while listening intently to the Egyptians complaining about the economy and talking about overhearing a plot against the ruling military council in the subway. The narrator warns Egyptians not to share with outsiders their woes about the economy or political situation.

Both spots close with: "Every word comes with a price. A word can save a nation."

Claims of a "meddling foreign hand" found resonance among many Egyptians during and after the uprising. The revolt was driven by youthful activists who relied heavily on social networking sites.

But some among the wider public have mixed feelings about foreigners and suspect the United States, Israel and others are scheming against their nation and Islam, the faith of most Egyptians. At the same time, they worry about losing the country's main source of income, tourism.

It is not clear which state agency ordered production of the TV announcements. But some pointed the finger at Egypt's security agencies, including intelligence and military intelligence, which have a long-standing xenophobic culture. The agencies have remained largely intact after Hosni Mubarak's ouster in the uprising, which left power in the hands of a military council led by Mubarak's defense minister of 20 years.

Ahmed Maher, co-founder of April 6, one of the youth groups that steered the uprising, described the spots as "deceptive to spread fear of conspiracies and tarnish the image of the revolutionaries by indicating that dealing with foreign journalists leads to leaking dangerous information about Egypt."

Last year, Maher's group was accused by the military rulers of having a "foreign agenda" and of receiving funding and training from abroad, claims that suggest plotting against the country with foreign help.

Maher demanded parliament summon Minister of Information Anis, a former army general, over what he called the "sneaky" messages. Anis, according to the media official, asked "media experts" to examine the content and decide whether to ban the announcements. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the media.

The ruling military and state media have stoked anti-American sentiment before during the transition to democratic rule, accusing Americans of backing the uprising even as Egypt continued to receive more than $1 billion dollars in annual aid from the United States.

Last July, a state-run magazine cover depicted new U.S. Ambassador Anne Patterson holding a burning wad of dollars to the wick of a bomb wrapped in an American flag. The headline read: "The ambassador from hell who lit a fire in Tahrir." Cairo's Tahrir Square was the birthplace of the anti-Mubarak uprising.

That was the beginning of a wider crackdown on U.S.-funded democracy groups, whose employees have been formally charged with using illegal foreign funding to foment unrest in Egypt. Troops stormed offices of a number of such groups, including four American nonprofit groups.

In all, 43 pro-democracy workers were referred to trial but under heavy U.S. pressure, six Americans were allowed to leave the country. One of them was Sam LaHood, the son of U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood.

They are still being tried in absentia along with some Egyptian employees.

During the uprising, foreigners ? especially journalists ? were targeted, beaten up by citizens or snatched by plainclothes security agents. State TV at the time aired alleged phone conversations with witnesses who said protesters were paid in euros and infiltrated by foreigners.

"Nothing has changed and the ... campaign has been one of the state intelligence tricks" to turn the public against the revolution, said Bothiana Kamel, a TV presenter and activist. She recounted incidents during uprising when she said people would attack her, calling her "khawaga" or "foreigner."

She said that when she attends conferences in the United States, she is accused by Egyptian media as an "American agent."

Since the ruling generals took power in February 2011, there have been several instances of bands of self-styled spy-catchers arresting and turning over foreigners to authorities, accusing them of "subversive" activities such as photographing streets or bridges or talking with protesters at Tahrir Square.

The military arrested Israeli-U.S. citizen Ilan Grapel on suspicion of spying, expelled an Iranian diplomat, also for alleged spying, and repeatedly warned Egyptians about the "foreign hands" seeking to undermine their country.

While activists have taken to Twitter and Facebook to voice their anger at the announcements, many have also joked about what they saw as a crude campaign.

"I met a spy today, dressed like a taxi driver. He kept asking me where he should take me, and I never told him, of course! But I was late for work," one quipped on Twitter.

(AP) ? Mason Katz singled home Tyler Moore in the bottom of the 12th inning, lifting LSU to a 5-4 victory over Stony Brook on Saturday morning in a thrilling NCAA tournament game that took two days to complete.

The fact that Katz and Moore, who led off with a single, both had key hits in the winning rally was fitting. They each had crucial home runs Friday as LSU (47-16) prolonged their wild super regional opener with the Seawolves (50-13) with game-tying homers in the ninth, 10th and 11th innings.

"I wanted to get something early in the count to hit," said Katz, who hit the first pitch he saw from pitcher Frankie Vanderka. "That kid has a great curveball. He threw me a curveball and left it up in the zone and that was it."

A downpour before the start of the 12th forced a postponement until Saturday, with Game 2 of the best-of-three series to start shortly after.

LSU projected Game 2 starter and staff ace Kevin Gausman (12-1) started the 12th and retired the side in order, leaving him fresh to start Game 2 ? as coach Paul Mainieri told ESPN was the plan.

Vanderka (2-3) took the loss for Stony Brook, getting only one out on Austin Nola's sacrifice bunt that moved Moore into scoring position.

Vanderka then intentionally walked JaCoby Jones, who had hit the Tigers' dramatic tying homer in the ninth, setting up Katz's winning single on a liner to left center.

"When Nola came up with a guy on first, coach turned to me and JaCoby and said, 'One of you drive the run in,'" Katz said. "I said, 'If he doesn't, I will.'"

Stony Brook coaches and players were not available for comment as they prepared for Game 2, slated to start about 35 minutes after Game 1 ended.

Saturday's quick resolution to Game 1 capped a contest that seemed to have no end in sight on Friday, when LSU tied it three times and then a heavy thunder storm delayed proceedings a little more than 2 1/2 hours before NCAA officials and coaches agreed it would be better to send the athletes home for the night and resume play the following day.

"This is a credit to both teams and how badly they want this; how mentally tough both teams are," Stony Brook coach Matt Senk said after Friday's postponement had been announced.

The contest's conclusion was a bitter one to an otherwise well-played game for Stony Brook, which in LSU coach Paul Mainieri's opinion had outplayed the Tigers for most of Friday's game. The Seawolves outhit LSU 14-9, but left 14 runners on base and committed three errors, one of which led to LSU's first run.

Sal Intagliata's two-run homer in the second gave the Seawolves a lead that lasted until Jones' solo homer off reliever James Campbell tied it at 2 in the bottom of the ninth.

Left fielder Steve Goldstein could have gone down in Stony Brook lore as the player who hit the game-winning homer against LSU when he clubbed a towering shot over the right-field wall in the top of the 10th. But Goldstein overran Moore's two-out foul popup in the bottom of the inning, giving Moore the extra swing he needed to rip a tying homer into the right-field stands on a 3-2 count.

"I was just trying to stay alive," Moore said Friday. "Fortunately, I got another chance to keep hitting."

Goldstein, who had to run a long way for the ball and into the bullpen area that sits in foul ground, said he lost his bearings while stumbling over the mound.

Campbell, who had yielded one previous home run all season, suddenly had been tagged for two untimely round-trippers in as many innings.

Tigers fans were in a frenzy, certain that LSU was on the verge of improving to 9-0 in NCAA tournament home games since moving into their current 10,000-seat college baseball cathedral in 2009. Instead, resilient Stony Brook regained the lead in the top of the 11th, when Travis Jankowski, who had three hits, tagged up aggressively on a shallow fly to center and narrowly beat Katz's throw to make it 4-3.

Katz made up for it at the plate in the bottom of the inning, clobbering reliever Jasvir Rakkar's 2-0 pitch over the left-field wall for the Tigers' third solo homer in three innings.

"We're not a huge power-hitting team," Katz said. "We have a group of guys that, in any situation, no one gives up. We always think we're coming back, no matter what."

Raph Rhymes nearly ended the game one batter later with a hooking liner that was ruled foul as it cleared the left-field wall. Video replays indicated the call was correct.

After Intagliata made it 2-0 off of LSU starter Aaron Nola, the Seawolves threatened constantly, pounding out 10 hits ? but stranding 11 runners ? in their first seven at-bats as LSU stayed close by constantly getting out of jams.

LSU had only two hits off of Stony Brook starter Brandon McNitt through seven innings, but cut its deficit to 2-1 in the bottom of the seventh. The Tigers were helped by a throwing error by shortstop Cole Peragine, which put Rhymes on second base, and a wild pitch by McNitt, which advanced Rhymes to third with no outs. Rhymes then came home on Ty Ross' groundout.
