Corporate & Business Unit Relationship Manager Job for Insurance ...


- Work closely with risk officers in corporate and business units to provide subject matter expertise and assist in various assessment activities (RCSA, SSA, SAQ and SRA).

- Provide global coverage of the firm?s risk and control environment and partner with senior level representatives from multiple Business and Corporate units to provide independent analysis and recommendations regarding risks and controls.

- Responsible for identifying and reporting firm level view of Risks and Controls.

- Supervise consultants assigned to assist on the Fed Readiness Program.

- Analyze and provide recommendations to streamline existing IT control processes which will result in reduced costs and process efficiencies.

- Report to Corporate and Business Unit IT Risk Management Lead.

- Advise representatives across corporate and business units of the upcoming IT risk federal examination and the internal processes and tools available to manage and track Federal Reserve requests.

- Provide advisory support to corporate/business units on evaluation of IT risks, a risk response for addressing risks and the action plan progress for closure of risks.

- Provide reports to management interpreting the results in support of educating, communicating and making recommendations around identified implications to corporate and business unit management.

- Keep abreast of latest IT security, regulatory and compliance trends to support, compare and contrast analysis across various risk models, pinpointing differences in impact across corporate and business units.

- Ensure that corporate and regulatory system standards are met and that adequate controls and technical processes are in place.

- Identify and perform deep dives on specific risks or initiatives as requested by corporate and business units.

Position Requirements
- Bachelors degree, Masters degree or equivalent preferred in information systems, accounting or finance degree preferred.

- 7-10 years of experience in IT risk management.

- Independent thinking/decision making capabilities.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including experience manipulating large amounts of data.

- Knowledge of general insurance business and working knowledge of statistics.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven leadership and ability to effect change, deal with ambiguity and work collaboratively as part of interdisciplinary teams that may be geographically dispersed.
